Shipping Policy
MOTHERWITCH™ operates as a small-batch apothecary. Each order is handled with care, intention, and attention to quality. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, product launches, or preorders, processing times may be extended, and this will be clearly communicated at checkout or on the product page.
For preorder items, orders are reserved in advance and are prepared for fulfillment in alignment with the stated release date. Preorders will be batched, packed, and prepared for shipment as the release date approaches, and will begin shipping on or shortly after that date. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise specified.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout, but most domestic orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it is considered in transit and under the responsibility of the shipping provider.
MOTHERWITCH™ currently ships within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping thresholds, which will be clearly stated on the website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier. MOTHERWITCH™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist in filing a claim where possible.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately.
