Refund Policy - the basics
At MOTHERWITCH™, we operate as a small-batch apothecary producing consumable herbal formulations. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
For unopened and unused products, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to inspection and return of the product in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Preorders are non-refundable once placed, as inventory is reserved and prepared in advance for your order. By placing a preorder, you agree to the stated fulfillment timeline and terms.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any original shipping charges.
